A graying politico breaks ground for the Traditional People's Park User Developed Public Restroom. The traditional Gilded Toilet will be ceremoniously added, soon. Actually the toilet could be any color because it has traditionally been ripped out by University of California groundskeepers, after the People's Park Anniversary Festivities are over, like much of User Development. This tradition is more than a symbolic action, however, as there are not enough Public Facilities for the homeless to use.
Remember, don't forget to dance this year. Fun in 1991, and still fun
now. Many festivals are planned for People's Park this year, so come and
enjoy the Park!
